Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead for Wireless Retail to drive performance, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, train associates, and ensure store goals are met.

Qualifications

Self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic leader who motivates others.
Flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Wireless retail experience (preferred).
Proven retail or B2C sales success.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
Travel between store locations if required.
