Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead in Baton Rouge to drive sales performance, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will engage with wireless customers, coach teams, and manage shift responsibilities with a focus on KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will have retail sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the district.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Able to travel within district.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
