PRE-US is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to drive wireless retail sales, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Farmville, NC. The role offers a starting wage with $20/hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission, plus paid training and spiffs.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional.
• Experience in wireless or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues following guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
