Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead for wireless retail in Winston-Salem, NC. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proactive customer engagement to convert interactions into sales.
• Ability to coach and develop sales associates and conduct onboarding sessions.
• Comfortable with flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following carrier guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and store-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
