Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver excellent customer experiences. The role offers $18-22/hour with unlimited commissions and paid training, plus weekly pay and mileage reimbursement where applicable.

You will meet sales goals, train staff, conduct onboarding, and handle escalated issues. Travel between store locations may be required; strong leadership and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven record of achieving sales goals in a retail setting.
• Experience training or coaching sales staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to lead and motivate a small team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues per guidelines.
• Manage shift responsibilities and make floor decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
