Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to drive wireless retail performance and coach store staff across multiple locations. This role rewards proactive engagement, uncapped earning potential, and rapid growth.

You will train associates, lead onboarding, and manage day-to-day floor activities while meeting KPIs and maintaining excellent customer experiences. Weekend/evening flexibility is required. Mileage reimbursement applies where travel is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless or retail sales preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and train sales staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions.
