Job summary

Acosta Group in Hickory, NC is seeking a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver a top customer experience. You’ll engage customers, coach teams, and lead onboarding and role-plays to boost store performance.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated sales professional with goal orientation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with evenings and weekends retail schedules.
• Wireless retail or B2C sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues per guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions.
• Travel between store locations as required.
