Job summary

Acosta Group in Pulaski, TN hires a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales, coach associates, and provide an outstanding customer experience. You will proactively engage customers, coach teams, and manage on-the-floor decisions to hit targets with uncapped commissions.

Earn $18–$22 per hour with unlimited commissions, paid training, and performance incentives. Benefits include health plans, 401k, PTO, and travel between stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
