Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in telecommunications or technology.
• Proven track record of leading a sales team and meeting targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wireless sales team, coaching and development.
• Lead a team of wireless sales representatives to prospect and sell to new business customers.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and motivate the team.
• Collaborate with customer support, engineering, PMO to ensure cohesive engagement.
• Provide regular updates to senior sales management on wireless results.
