Job summary

Granite Telecommunications, LLC. is seeking a dynamic Sales Director, Business Development to lead a high-performing wireless sales team.

You will hire, coach, and develop a group focused on new business acquisition, driving revenue and hitting monthly quotas. You will monitor pipeline health, collaborate with support, engineering, and PMO, and ensure Salesforce CRM compliance while reporting results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years of proven sales experience in telecom or technology.
Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving targets.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics.
Results-driven with a high ethical standard.
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the wireless sales team, including coaching and development.
Lead wireless sales reps to prospect and sell to new business customers.
Monitor KPIs and quota; implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and share best practices.
Ensure CRM compliance in Salesforce.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive customer engagement.
Provide regular updates to senior sales management on results.
