Job summary

Granite is seeking a Sales Director, Business Development to lead a high-performing wireless sales team and drive revenue growth. You will hire, coach, and develop staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer engagement and service delivery.

The role requires a dynamic leader with strong communication skills, strategic vision, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets in telecom or technology sectors. Traveling may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years of proven sales experience in telecom or technology.
Proven track record of leading and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the wireless sales team, including coaching and mentoring.
Lead a team to prospect and sell to new business customers.
Monitor KPIs and pipeline; take corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and share best practices.
Ensure compliance with Granite CRM requirements in Salesforce.
Collaborate with customer support, engineering, and PMO teams.
Provide regular updates to senior sales management.
