Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a wireless sales team focused on new business acquisition.

• Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs; implement corrective actions to address shortfalls in pipeline and monthly quota.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and motivate the team.
