Job summary

Wireless Zone is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, payments, and basic tech support in our Maine stores. You will grow with a team-focused, fast-paced retail environment.

This role emphasizes learning, ongoing training, flexibility with scheduling including weekends, and advancement opportunities within a Verizon Authorized Retailer.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology is preferred.
• Effective Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal Skills.
• Positive Attitude.
• High Energy Level and Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Consult with customers to determine the reason for their visit.
• Provide information and service to solve their needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' devices and services.
• Process Cell Phone Payments.
• Assist the sales team with their day-to-day needs.
• Staying up to date on the latest technology.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction while offering additional products and services.
• Ability to work weekends is a requirement
