RedLion Mobile in Tyler, TX is hiring Retail Sales Representatives who are energetic, driven, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Ideal candidates have retail or wireless sales experience and enjoy helping customers connect to essential services.

In this full-time, in-person role you will build product knowledge, upsell services, and meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Competitive compensation includes hourly pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecom sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner forOptimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.
