Job summary

RedLion Mobility in Amarillo TX is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services.

You will engage customers, present products, explain pricing/promotions, and aim to meet sales goals while delivering a positive shopping experience. Flexible schedule, with some evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Experience in wireless/mobile/cable/internet sales preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is a plus.

You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

• Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, big-box retail, and experience selling upgrades or add-ons are strongly preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is a plus.
