RedLion Mobile in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join one of the fastest-growing telecommunications companies. You will engage customers, present products, and help residential customers connect to fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV and voice services.

We are looking for energetic, driven individuals who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing sales experience is preferred and you will have opportunities for monthly commission and career

Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be comfortable proactively approaching walk-in customers, explaining plans and promotions clearly, and handling customer objections.
• Must be able to build repeat-customer relationships and maintain long-term brand loyalty.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products or services is preferred.
• Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, big-box retail, and experience selling upgrades or add-ons are strongly preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is a plus.
