Arch Telecoms is seeking motivated individuals for a learning role in our wireless retail team. You will work to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building loyalty through hands-on product demonstrations and thoughtful guidance.

Start in a collaborative environment and progress toward a Mobile Expert role after training. You should be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Retail/sales experience preferred; willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer experience and build loyalty.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on latest technology and devices.
• Assist customers in-store and online shopping journeys; upsell accessories and IoT devices.
• Collaborate with team and leaders to resolve issues and identify business leads.
• Complete training and develop skills for promotion to Mobile Expert.
