This learning role prepares you for the Mobile Expert level while completing new-hire training. Responsibilities include assisting customers across channels, using digital tools, and partnering with store teams to resolve issues and generate business leads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals.
