Job summary

Arch Telecom in Florida is seeking a dedicated Mobile Associate to join a fast-paced wireless retail team and learn the brand inside out. You will engage customers with demonstrations, tailor solutions, and help manage the shopping experience to build loyalty.

Ideal candidates are 18+, comfortable standing for long periods, and eager to advance after training toward a Mobile Expert role. Both full-time and part-time openings exist with ESOP and incentives.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Mobile Expert role after training.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services to customers.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans through attentive inquiry.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Collaborate with team and store staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
