Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Team Mobile Associate in Minnesota to learn and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will help customers pick devices and plans, perform hands-on demonstrations, and guide them through the purchase process with empathy. The role offers training with potential promotion to Mobile Expert after completion, and a path for career growth within our fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; high school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers in-store with product demonstrations and needs analysis.
• Guide customers through purchasing experiences with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Collaborate with team across channels to resolve issues and generate solutions.
• Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty and repeat visits.
