Arch Telecom, a national T-Mobile Preferred Retailer with 200+ stores, seeks Mobile Associates to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and help build lasting relationships across channels.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and have reliable transportation. Full-time or part-time hours available with rewarding incentives.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering best in class customer experience.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store and explore individual customer needs.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond devices and service plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Build relationships across channels to resolve issues and identify small business leads.
