Arch Telecom is a national retailer partnered with T-Mobile, seeking Mobile Associates to join our retail team. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate the latest devices, and help customers select the best plans.

This is a learning role with potential promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion. We offer competitive hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement within a vibrant, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in delivering best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist customers by exploring needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor device and service plans to individual customers.
• Guide customers through their purchasing journey with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Collaborate with store teammates to resolve issues and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
