Arch Telecom is seeking enthusiastic Mobile Associates to learn and grow within our retail team in Westminster, CA. You will engage customers with hands-on demos, educate them on devices and plans, and guide them through the purchasing journey to build loyalty and affinity for the T-Mobile brand.

You’ll work with peers to deliver top-tier customer experiences, participate in ongoing training, and take advantage of incentives, ESOP, and advancement opportunities as you develop toward Mobile

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer experience in-store
• Demonstrate devices and services through hands-on demonstrations
• Assist customers in selecting devices and plans that fit their needs
• Answer questions and resolve issues with empathy and patience
• Stay informed on the latest products, promotions and store policies
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
