Arch Telecom in California is hiring a Mobile Associates to join our national T-Mobile retailer network. In this role you will assist customers in-store, demonstrate devices, and guide the purchase journey from inquiry to checkout while building loyalty and trust.

You will learn product features, plans, and accessories, and work with a team to deliver best-in-class customer service. This entry-level position offers training, growth opportunities, and a performance-based incentive structure.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsabilidades

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and expertise.
• Build relationships across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify small business leads.
