Mobile Associates in our Retail Team of Experts help bring the T-Mobile brand to life in a fast-paced store environment. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and tailor solutions that fit their needs while learning the skills to advance to Mobile Expert.

You will complete new employee training, work with peers and leaders to deliver exceptional service, and contribute to driving sales and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate device features and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Demonstrate latest technology and devices through hands-on demonstrations.
• Upsell personalized solutions including accessories and services to meet customer needs.
