Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates to join our in-store team in Minnesota. You will learn customer service, demonstrate the latest devices, and help customers build personalized wireless solutions while delivering a best-in-class shopping experience.

You will collaborate with peers to understand customer needs and educate them on plans, devices, and services, aiming to grow loyalty and sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Training leads to promotion as Mobile Expert.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience. Retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online to complete product selections and service plans.
• Demonstrate devices and services to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
• Build relationships with customers and teammates to ensure a seamless, positive shopping journey.
