Blue Link Wireless is hiring a Sales Advocate in the United States. This full-time role offers a base pay with uncapped commission and a fully paid 3-week training program.

No prior wireless experience is required, and you’ll help customers choose devices and plans to fit their needs. As part of an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, you’ll engage customers, meet monthly targets, stay current on products, and may represent the brand at community events.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED are required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Contribute to a positive store culture and customer-centric service.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; interactions counted.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations; evenings, weekends, holidays.
