Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate. This Full-Time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and includes a fully paid 3-week training. You will engage walk-in customers, explain devices and plans, and aim to meet monthly targets through product knowledge and customer care.

Prior wireless experience is not required. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, be authorized to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
