Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in a full-time role with paid 3‑week training. No wireless experience is required. You help customers pick devices and plans, aiming to close sales while earning base pay plus commissions.

Employees enjoy a performance-driven environment with opportunities to earn more through top performance. The role requires reliable evenings, weekends, and holiday availability.

Competenze

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events

• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
