Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate for a full-time role with base pay plus uncapped commissions. Paid 3-week training provided. No wireless experience required.

You will engage customers, explain device and plan options, and close sales to hit targets. Applicants should be strong communicators, reliable, and eager to learn. Flexible availability for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualificações

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product information quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
