Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a Sales Advocate to assist customers in selecting devices and plans. The role offers a base pay with uncapped commission and a fully paid 3-week training program. You will engage customers, close sales, and stay updated on AT&T products.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior wireless experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection with customers.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and contribute to store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
