Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers select devices and plans. This is a full-time role with base pay plus uncapped commission, and a fully paid 3-week training program.

You will engage customers, meet monthly sales targets, stay current on AT&T products, and represent the brand at events. No wireless experience needed; evenings, weekends, and flexibility to work at nearby locations are expected.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
