Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate to engage customers, explain device and plan options, and close sales. Paid 3-week training provided; no wireless experience required.

You will be part of a team that rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a base pay; evenings, weekends, and holidays are required. This full-time role involves walking customers through products, staying current on AT&T offers, and representing the brand at events.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Responsabilidades

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
