Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Associate Manager to lead a small team in a fast-paced store environment. You will guide customers through their wireless purchases, demonstrate the latest devices, and collaborate with store leadership to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a passion for educating customers about plans and devices. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities within Arch Telecom.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and able to meet the job’s physical demands.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Learn customer service skills to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers online, via care channels, and in-store to complete purchases.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Sell with a consultative approach to uncover needs and upsell accessories.
• Support daily store operations and coach teammates as needed.
• Identify small business leads and contribute to store performance.
