The role offers an hourly wage of $18–$22 plus unlimited commission, paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High-energy, results-driven sales professional.
• Able to train and coach staff.
• Proven track record in retail or B2C sales.
• Comfortable with evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
