Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a results-driven retail associate to deliver best-in-class customer experiences in our wireless stores. You will learn and build proficiency in customer service while driving sales and loyalty across online, care, and in-store channels.

You will demonstrate products, guide customers through purchases, and support the Store Manager in daily operations. Strong communication and prior wireless sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time (40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching.
• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, care, in-store).
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store.
• Perform side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise.
