Job summary

Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager in Lakeway, TX to lead a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.

You will drive sales, coach staff, hire and schedule, and ensure operations meet Verizon and Your Wireless standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role offers strong base pay with commissions, a flexible schedule, 401k, healthcare, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
• Experience with Verizon Wireless or other wireless retail is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across districts as needed.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proof of work eligibility in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the retail sales team.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise sales associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs and sales targets monthly.
• Ensure operations align with Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and development opportunities for staff.
