Job summary

TEAM Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead operations, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This full-time role combines leadership, coaching, and sales management to drive profitable growth across the store.

You will recruit, train, and mentor Sales Representatives, ensure operational excellence, and continuously meet or exceed company and Verizon performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for leading teams and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Representatives and drive sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold service standards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new staff; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans; conduct evaluations.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and safety/compliance.
• Manage store revenue, cash handling, and financial accountability.
• Create schedules to maximize productivity and ensure adequate staffing.
• Communicate effectively using Outlook, Teams, and other platforms.
