Job summary

Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support and lead our Retail Sales Team in Lafayette, LA. You will help manage daily store operations, coach sales associates, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role offers a $50k base salary with commissions and bonuses, plus a target-based earning potential of $80k–$90k per year, a 401k savings plan, robust healthcare, paid time off, employee discounts, and strong growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail leadership, preferably in wireless store.
• Proven sales and team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within district if needed.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in building a positive, customer-focused environment.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising sales associates.
• Help meet or exceed personal and store KPIs and sales goals.
• Coach team members daily to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop team members’ skills for career advancement.
• Ensure store operations align with company guidelines.
• Lead by example and act as Store Manager on duty when needed.
