Your Wireless is hiring an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Verizon Wireless sales team in the Carrollton area. You will interview, hire, schedule, and supervise Verizon Wireless Sales Associates while driving KPI and profit goals and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership.
• Ability to travel to locations within the district.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPI and volume goals each month.
• Coach team members daily to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop team skills for career growth within Your Wireless.
• Ensure location operates under Verizon and Your Wireless guidelines.
• Execute promotional rollouts and inventory procedures timely.
• Set an example of professional conduct.
