Your Wireless is a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer seeking a Store Manager to lead and coach a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates in Rowlett, TX. You will drive personal and location performance, mentor staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences while meeting monthly KPIs.

The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to brand guidelines, and robust incentives and benefits for high performance. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team members.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators and volume goals each month.
• Coach your team members every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop your team members' skills so they can be promoted within Your Wireless.
• Ensure your location operates under Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines.
• Execute promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other tasks as directed.
