Your Wireless Inc., a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring an experienced Store Manager for McKinney, TX. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates to achieve sales and KPI targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes developing staff, delivering excellent customer experiences, and ensuring operations comply with corporate and Verizon guidelines. Strong growth potential and competitive rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to drive sales and service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs and sales volume each month.
• Coach team daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
