My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager in Oregon to coach and develop a team of Sales Associates. You will deliver best-in-class customer service while driving sales targets and building loyal client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, merchandising, and safety compliance, ensuring a clean, high-energy store reflecting the My Wireless brand.

Competenze

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location-dependent).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
