Qualifications

• 1 year managerial experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or telecom sales experience (Preferred).
• Outbound prospecting experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Lead daily operations of the store location, including hiring and scheduling.
• Provide training and development to Retail Sales Associates.
• Maintain a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team for community events.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and enforce policies.
• Comply with legal requirements and protect store reputation.
