Mobile Generation is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our Midwest retail teams in Belleville, WI. You will educate customers on Verizon products and services, guide them through the sales process, and create an exceptional customer experience every day.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in retail, proven sales and customer service achievements, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to multiple Midwest locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Complete all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
