Mobile Generation is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Representative to join our Verizon Wireless team at 2720 Showplace drive. This full-time role involves educating customers on Verizon products and guiding them through the sales process to deliver an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, is goal-driven, and comfortable traveling to Midwest locations as needed. We offer strong base pay with uncapped commissions, flexible schedules, health plan, 401k, PTO and growth

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various Midwest locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Complete all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
