Job summary

Cellular World, a leading AT&T authorized retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Manager to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise store operations, coach staff, and ensure brand standards while growing profitability.

The role requires proven retail or customer service management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to lead a team through peak periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have previous retail or customer service management experience.
• Strong leadership and employee management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using AT&T experience drivers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist team with closing sales.
• Supervise store opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance.
• Ensure training completion monthly and annually per company standards.
• Oversee inventory, orders, receiving, discrepancies, and counts.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with staff and customers.
• Provide coaching to sales associates on wireless sales and service.
• Recognize top and underperforming staff to improve performance.
• Lead hiring: screen resumes, conduct interviews, onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate promotions and trends.
• Ensure proper merchandising and brand compliance per AT&T requirements.
