Cellular World in Macon, GA is seeking a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Retail Sales Manager and lead a team in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will drive sales, manage daily store operations, train associates, and ensure brand compliance with AT&T standards while protecting assets.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must attend off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service management required.
• Proven leadership and employee management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.

Responsibilities

• Follow the coaching and leadership of the Retail Sales Manager.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using AT&T standards.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist employees with closing sales.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the store and complete procedures.
• Training - ensure completion of required training monthly and annually.
• Inventory - assist with ordering, receiving, and counts as needed.
• Provide resolution to customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Develop and manage positive relationships with staff and customers.
• Provide leadership and coaching to promote growth of sales associates.
• Participate in staff meetings and ensure merchandising per AT&T requirements.
