Job summary

Cellular World in Bethlehem, GA is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience using AT&T programs and service standards.

You will coach and develop the sales team, manage inventory and merchandising, schedule and train staff, and collaborate with the district to meet targets while upholding company assets and policies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and employee management skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service management.
• Ability to drive sales and meet monthly goals.
• Comfort with training and coaching of staff.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using AT&T programs and service standards.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist employees with closing sales.
• Oversee opening/closing of store and compliance procedures.
• Ensure completion of training monthly and annually per policy.
• Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, discrepancies, and counts.
• Provide resolution to customer complaints and build positive relationships with staff and customers.
• Coach and develop sales associates, recognize top performers and address underperformers.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate promotions and goals.
