Cellular World in Charlottesville, VA seeks an Assistant Sales Manager to support the Retail Sales Manager and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead the sales team, coach staff, and help achieve store goals while ensuring compliance with brand standards and store operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass background check.
• At least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership and employee management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail Sales Manager and drive sales/customer satisfaction.
• Meet/exceed monthly sales goals; assist staff with closing sales.
• Open/close the store and complete procedures.
• Ensure 100% training completion per AT&T compliance standards.
• Assist with inventory ordering, receiving, discrepancies, and counts.
• Provide resolution to customer complaints and develop relationships with staff and customers.
• Train and coach sales associates; recognize top and low performers for store improvement.
• Participate in staff meetings and ensure proper merchandising per AT&T requirements.
